Annual Drinking Water Quality Report
You can now pay your utility bill at City Hall using a debit or credit card.
There is no extra charge to use a debit card.
There is a 3% charge for credit cards.
Phase 2 Water Project Notice
City Hall has a drop box for payments. Place your payment WITH
the bill stub in an envelope. Please do not just put loose items in the box.
If you pay more than the amount of your bill, that amount will be put on your account. No change will be provided.

Want to pay your utility bill online?
The "click here" box will take you to Court Money to make a payment.
In the “search payment forms” box, type 187802 and this will bring up Grand Tower Utility Payment. You will need your amount due and the account number. There is a convenience fee. If your bill is 0-$50, you will be charged $1.75
For a bill $50.01 and up you will be charged 3.5% of your bill.
